CISDI possesses a complete set of core technology and references in hot strip and plate mills covering process design, equipment design, electric and automation design, equipment manufacture and construction. To build a new hot strip or plate mill takes no more than 24 months by our expertise and the product quality reaches a world-class level. We can design and build the advanced mill for stably producing thin specifications below 1.5mm thick.
Core technology：
Integration of hot high-strength steel rolling
We design and manufacture the high-strength steel mill by our own including machinery and electric and automation system. We pursue to achieve the optimal performance indicators and create the most cost-effective and the lowest consumption of energy results for our clients.
Heat treatment of high-tensile thin strip
The hot-rolled coil in a thickness range from 2.5mm to 12mm is used for being quenched offline to the high-tensile thin strip with yield strength of 700MPa and beyond. By this heat treatment technology, the strip's strength and added value are greatly enhanced.
STD descaling free of pickling (surface treatment device)
STD descaling technology can improve or recover the feedstock's surface defects and regulate the surface roughness. The treated strip is superior in anticorrosion performance. It's an environment-friendly (ZLD) expertise in place of pickling treatment. It's widely applicable for various steel grades and for coil and strip specifications beyond 1.5mm. It's recommended before the procedures of surface coating, galvanizing, painting and punching. It boasts a flexible configuration of facilities but small space, reduction of investment and production costs. 。
